presented at the last meeting, and further advised that a staff report will
be forthcoming with a recommendation to refer to a public meeting.
Discussion ensued with respect to potential concerns related to brick
impediments on the heritage home known as the Playter House, proximity to
the lot line and potential buffers and townhome design elements that will
complement the character of the community.

ensued regarding an archaeological survey of the property as it may belong
to an early Newmarket settler.

conducted in order to determine if there are any significant archaeological
considerations on the property and reported back to the Committee.
