AND THAT Council enact a by-law to fill the Ward 5 vacancy by means of a
by-election in accordance with the Municipal Act, to be held Monday,
October 17, 2016;
iii)
AND THAT the October 17, 2016 Committee of the Whole meeting be
re-scheduled to Tuesday, October 18, 2016.
