6.1

Draft Presentation to the Main Street District Business Improvement Area Board of Management (BIA) regarding Main Street Accessibility

The Accessibility Advisory Committee reviewed the draft presentation to the Main Street District Business Improvement Area Board of Management (BIA) regarding Main Street Accessibility, and finalized the material to be presented. The Committee also discussed various funding opportunities for the businesses to increase accessibility in their stores. The presentation will occur at the July BIA meeting.

Draft Presentation for the June 7, 2021 Council Workshop

The Accessibility Advisory Committee reviewed the draft presentation for the June 7, 2021 Council Workshop, and brainstormed various accomplishments and current projects throughout their 2018 - 2022 term. The presentation will be delivered by Steve Foglia, Chair, and Jeff Fabian, Vice Chair. 

The Recreation Programmer provided an update on the 2021 National AccessAbility Week events planned by the Town of Newmarket, and inlcuded them in the presentation slides.
