Discussion ensued regarding attainment
of quorum at meetings.

THAT given the consistent
struggles of the Inclusivity Advisory Committee members in attaining quorum
requirements that the Committee not hold any further meetings for the remainder
of the term.

recommends to Council:
THAT due to the
consistent struggles of the Inclusivity Advisory Committee in attaining quorum
requirements that the Inclusivity Advisory Committee cease holding regular
meetings for the remainder of the term and should a meeting be required that it
be at the call of the Chair.
