Mayor Taylor advised that in accordance with the Town's Procedure By-law, no decisions are to be made but rather this meeting was an opportunity for Council to have informal discussion regarding various matters.

4.1

Development Charges Background Study

The Acting Chief Administrative Officer provided an introduction to Development Charges and the presentation to be provided by the Financial Business Analyst.

The Financial Business Analyst provided a presentation to Council regarding the Development Charges funding envelope, service levels and the Capital program. 

Members of Council queried Staff regarding funding envelopes, amortization and new developments.
