Mayor Taylor advised that in accordance with the Town's Procedure By-law, no decisions are to be made but rather this meeting was an opportunity for Council to have informal discussion regarding various matters.

The Acting Commissioner of Corporate Services provided an introduction to the Committee Structure Review presentation and process. 

The Acting Director of Legislative Services/Town Clerk provided a presentation to Council reviewing the best practices, community engagement examples and committee survey results.

Members of Council provided feedback to Staff regarding the committee structure options for advisory committees and alternative engagement opportunities.
