The meeting of the Appointment Committee was held on Monday, March 23, 2015 in the Davis Room, 395 Mulock Drive, Newmarket.

The Deputy Clerk opened the meeting at 5:03 p.m.

In the absence of the Chair, the Deputy Clerk opened the floor for nominations.

THAT Councillor Bisanz be appointed as Acting Chair of the Appointment Committee.

	THAT the Appointment Committee resolve into Closed Session for the purpose of discussing personal matters about identifiable individuals.

	The Committee resolved into Closed Session at 5:07 p.m.

	The Committee resumed into Public Session at 5:17 p.m.
