1.	The Acting Commissioner of Corporate Services provided a brief outline of the consultant’s presentation and introduced Mr. Binning and Mr. Bevan of Hemson Consulting.   Mr. Binning and Mr. Bevan addressed the Committee with a PowerPoint presentation regarding the Development Charges Review.
