The Committee recessed at 12:11 p.m. The Committee reconvened at 12:29 p.m. Closed Session Moved by: Councillor Emanuel Seconded by: Councillor Kerwin THAT the Special Committee of the Whole resolve into a Closed Session for the purpose of discussing employee negotiations and personal matters about an identifiable individual. Carried The Special Committee of the Whole resolved into Closed Session at 12:30 p.m. The Special Committee of the Whole (Closed Session) Minutes are recorded under separate cover.
