  That Council resolve into Closed Session to discuss the following matter:

  1. Human Resources Closed Session Report 2018-11 regarding labour relations or employee negotiations as per Section 239 (2)(d) of the Municipal Act, 2001.

Human Resources Closed Session Report 2018-11 regarding labour relations or employee negotiations as per Section 239 (2)(d) of the Municipal Act, 2001.

  Seconded by: Councillor Hempen
  1. That Closed Session Report 2018-11 dated June 22, 2018 be received; and,
  2. That staff be directed to proceed as per the recommendation as set out in the Closed Session Report; and,
  3. That the Director, Financial Services also be made aware of the approval.
