wish to make a presentation on proposed façade changes to this historically
significant building. Members of the proposed Heritage Conservation District committee
will also be in attendance.

Project Summary:
This proposed
restaurant and complementary uses is expected to occupy approximately ½ of the
lower level (approximately 3,500 ft2) of the Buckley building facing
Riverwalk Commons. The owner was previously approved under the Project
Feasibility Study program and is now seeking assistance with interior
renovations.

This art school
application was deferred from the February 7, 2014 meeting pending receipt of
sign quotes. A request for sign permit fees up to a maximum of $200 is also

Project Summary:
The Newmarket Group
of Artists are once again requesting support to offset costs associated with
two projects in 2014: Art Banners on Main Street ($2,000.00), and Artist Market
