Interior Renovation and Improvement Program, 205 Main Street South
Project
Summary:
The
new owner of this building is undertaking an extensive interior renovation
to bring the building up to current building code standards and to prepare
for owner-occupancy (legal practice). The applicant is seeking a
no-interest loan to offset project costs. A transformational remake of the
exterior façade is also proposed which is currently under Heritage
Conservation District committee review, with a future application for
financial support expected subject to HCD support.
