FINANCIAL INCENTIVES PROGRAM APPLICATION 2014-10 – BUSNESS SIGN, 205 MAIN STREET SOUTH (UPPER)

 

Project Summary:

The upstairs office area of 205 Main Street has been leased by a small insurance company. The owner is requesting assistance with NDDS funding to install a small perpendicular sign on the upper level, as well as rebate of a portion of sign permit fees. (See Attachment #2).

FINANCIAL INCENTIVES PROGRAM APPLICATION 2014-11 – MULTIPLE, 179 MAIN STREET SOUTH

 

Project Summary:

The owners of the Goulash House intend to convert the existing deli into additional seating for the successful restaurant, which will also be designed to function as a private meeting space/dining area for groups of approximately 25.  A number of requests for financial assistance are included, including Project Feasibility to offset professional fees associated with engineered drawings needed for building permit, interior renovations, exterior façade/business sign enhancements, and permit fees. (See Attachment #3).

FINANCIAL INCENTIVES PROGRAM APPLICATION 2014-13 – INTERIOR RENOVATION AND IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM AND BUSINESS SIGN PROGRAM, 187 MAIN STREET SOUTH

 

Project Summary:

A newly established naturopathic health clinic is establishing in one of the upstairs offices of 187 Main Street. The owner is requesting minor assistance with interior renovations as well as for a business sign on the exterior of the building.  (See Attachment #4 and #5).
