Financial Incentives Program Grant Application 2015-09 – Multiple, 209 Main Street South

 

Project Summary:

The owner of Hungry Brew Hops (211 Main St. S) is establishing a new restaurant concept in the adjoining building to the north. He is seeking assistance with a number of program components required to bring the building up to current standards and to visually brand the premises. Due to 2015 budget allocations, many of the requests, if approved, will need to be deferred to 2016. Approval of the business sign and façade changes will also be subject to Heritage Conservation District Committee approval.

Financial Incentives Program Application 2015-10 – Façade Improvement and Restoration Program Grant Application, 13 Main Street South

 

Project Summary:

The new owner of this building seeks assistance with painting the exterior to improve its aesthetics. If approved, the funding will be deferred to 2016.

Financial Incentives Program Grant Application 2015-11 – Project Feasibility Study Program, 201 Main Street South (Rear Entrance on Cedar)

 

Project Summary:

Due to the success of the ‘Escape Room’ student venture this summer, the father and brother of one of the original entrepreneurs wish to establish a permanent presence on Main Street. They are expecting to lease 201 Main Street (basement with Cedar Street entrance) and are seeking assistance with the preparation of building plans suitable for submission for a building permit. It is anticipated further program funding requests will be forthcoming.
