Rabbi Mendy Grossbaum provided a deputation regarding Annual Chanukah Event at Riverwalk Commons including event overview, activities planned, sponsorship request, and dates of Chanukah and the event.

Ice Lounge on Main Update

The Director of Recreation and Culture provided a verbal update regarding Ice Lounge on Main Update including programming, event overview, changes from the event in 2024, and proposed dates. 

Board Members queried staff regarding family-oriented programming, music, activations, business sponsorships and involvement, and programming for businesses on Main Street.

Ontario Business Improvement Area Association (OBIAA) Membership Renewal

The Business Development Specialist provided a verbal update regarding Ontario Business Improvement Area Association (OBIAA) Membership renewal including outstanding membership dues.

Tom Hempen thanked the Economic Development Officer for the support and involvement in the economic development of the Main Street District Business Improvement Area.
